How to view rooms
You can view rooms that are available for your event by going to ‘Planning’ then ‘Accommodation’:
To view a specific room click on the room you would like to view:
Here you can also set whether you want the room to be visible to guests or not:
How to view reserved rooms
Once you are on the accommodation page click on the ‘Reserved’ tab to view all reserved rooms:
To view more details about a reserved room click on a specific room you would like to view details of:
How to view local accommodation
You can view local accommodation by clicking on the ‘Local’ tab in accommodation. Here you can see local accommodation recommended by your venue as well as their contact details.
