Setting up Guest Meal Selection

To start setting up your guest meal selection head to the itinerary. Click view on the item that you want the meal selection for. 

Now you can finalise your menu and select which courses you want for your meal selection by clicking "+ Guest Selection"

 A pop up opens and you can decide which items you want the guests to choose from. They can only make choices for courses that have 2 or more items in the menu.

The tick box "is for accommodation guests" is if you only want guests with accommodation to see this, for example for breakfast choices.

 Once you've selected your courses and sent your invites, your guests can select their meals. As your guests confirm their selections, you'll be see a running total on the item.

In your guest list, you can see which guests have selected their meals and confirmed their dietaries with the fork and knife icon.

If you need to make any changes to your own meal choices or your guests, simply click into the guest and select the correct items.
