Choosing menus and food & drink items

You are only able to choose menus and food & drink items on editable itinerary items that have a spoon and knife icon.

Click into the itinerary item and then lick on ‘+ Add’ and choose a menu from the dropdown box, then click on ‘Add’. This will add the menu to the itinerary item and will also be visible to your venue.

To add an individual food & drink item click on the drop down arrow and all of the individual food and drink items that have been added by your venue will appear. Click on the food & drink item/s that you want to add to the itinerary item and click ‘Add’. 

Viewing food & drink

To view food & drink that have been added to an itinerary item click on the dropdown arrow on the item you want to view the food & drink on or by clicking into the itinerary item.

You can also view food & drink by clicking on the itinerary item and navigating to the full details page, then clicking the dropdown arrow for food & drink.

Viewing allergens and dietary requirements

Allergens and dietary requirements can be seen underneath a food & drink item’s name in orange.

To download the food and drink click on ‘Download’ at the top right of the itinerary page.
