Creating your Invites
On the create invites page, there's a placeholder invite that has all of your itinerary items linked as Hostology tracks guest dietary requirements for meals.
You can track different meals by deselecting/selecting itinerary items in your invite by clicking into the invite, and then into invite settings. For example, track RSVPs and dietaries for your evening guests by selecting the evening food itinerary items and the venue will see what the dietary requirements for that time of day are.
Click on edit to change the background image and to add a message for your guests. You can add links, tables, and more in the text box.
